• Chapter 6 (Alcoholic Beverages) - License Review Board
• Chapter 18 (Building Regulations) - Plumbing Code
• Chapter 50 (Environment) - Soil Erosion, Sedimentation, and Pollution Control Ordinance
• Chapter 78 (Licenses, Permits, and Businesses) - Door-to-Door Salesperson’s Permit
• Chapter 110 (Subdivisions) - Plat Approval
• Chapter 122 (Utilities) - Water and Wastewater Systems
• Chapter 134 (Zoning) - Accessory Dwelling Units

Board of Commissioners Public Hearing Dates

November 12, 2024 – 9:00 am
November 21, 2024 - 6:00 pm 

The Board of Commissioners public hearings will be held in the second-floor Commissioners’ Meeting Room, Cobb County Building, 100 Cherokee Street, Marietta, Georgia 30090.  A copy of the proposed amendments to the Official Code of Cobb County, Georgia, shall be on file in the office of the Clerk of the Board of Commissioners and the Clerk of the Superior Court for examination and inspection by the public.
