Home for the Holidays

The holiday season is nearly upon us, which means tickets are on sale for this year's production of 'Home for the Holidays'. Starring The Atlanta Lyric Theatre and Pebblebrook High School. Shows will be December 20-22. You can purchase your tickets on the Anderson Theatre website. Tickets are $20-$40.

December 6-18, our gallery will be packed with original pieces made by our teachers, students, and local artists. Come on by and find something unique for everyone on your list. The Art Station - Big Shanty
Visit The Art Station this November and December for our annual Holiday Market Shop! Shop local artisans and crafters’ goods housed at The Art Station this Holiday season. With over 40 vendor inventories, you will find a gift for everyone on your list this year! The Holiday Market will be in The Art Station Gallery until December 14. Hours vary. Our Christmas Artisan Market will be held December 4-15. Handmade items from area artisans will be available -- just in time for holiday gift giving. There will also be a silent auction presented by Friends of the Mable House. Hours are Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and Sunday noon-5 p.m.

Princess Party and Sing-a-long

The Princess Party and Sing-a-Long will be held at noon, 2 p.m. and 4 p.m., Saturday, December 14. Participants are encouraged to wear their dresses and crowns, meet their favorite princesses, enjoy crafts, a sing-a-long and light refreshments. All guests must register and space is limited. The cost is $10 for residents and $15 for non-residents.

Holiday Lights Celebration 2019

East Cobb Park
Friends for the East Cobb Park, along with other local community organizations, will be hosting a tree lighting, featuring musical performances on the park stage. Don’t miss this magical night where the community will gather to celebrate the lighting of our park tree, enjoy holiday music from local performers, and welcome the arrival of Santa Claus on his light-powered sleigh. This holiday event is free for all ages, and Santa will be on-hand after the musical performances to hear each child’s wishes. Light refreshments will be available for purchase, with all proceeds benefiting future park improvements. Free and open to the whole family!
