Congratulations to Cobb's Emergency Management Agency Director Cassie Mazloom ... named the Emergency Management Association of Georgia's DIRECTOR OF THE YEAR at the training conference in Young Harris.

Mazloom started her Cobb career with the Police Department and eventually worked her way up through the agencies to become EMA Director in 2017. She has become a leader in the county and the community, and her steering the county through the pandemic led to her nomination.
