Cobb County’s Board of Commissioners will vote on selling another piece of surplus property Tuesday.

57 Waddell Street is under contract to be sold to Gregory, Doyle, Calhoun & Rogers, LLC for $2.1 million.

This is the largest sale of the ten properties sold since the surplus property program started in 2014.  The sales have generated more than $6.5 million for taxpayers.

Kennesaw State is currently leasing the building for the Ignite HQ program, that lease will remain through June 2020.
