The hundreds of pages of Cobb County’s budget can seem intimidating or overwhelming for many who want to learn more about it.  Responding to a series of questions, Cobb’s Finance Director will join Commissioner Lisa Cupid and others in the Board of Commissioner’s Meeting Room for a Budget Q&A.  

The session will start at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, July 16 and will last for an hour.  Finance Director Bill Volckmann will make a brief presentation and take questions from Cobb residents.

The Board of Commissioners will hold a second Public Hearing on the FY20 Budget and this year’s Millage Rate Tuesday at 6:30 p.m.  A third Public Hearing will happen before the vote on the budget during the Board’s 7:00 p.m. meeting on July 23rd.
