What a success!

Cobb District Attorney Joyette Holmes and Solicitor General Barry Morgan hosted the county’s first records restriction and job expo event on Feb. 29 at the Riverside EpiCenter in Austell. Project Restore 360 was created to assist those eligible to have certain arrests restricted from their criminal history.

There were 250 pre-registered applicants at the event to have their records expunged and hundreds more came to the job fair to meet prospective employers from more than 30 companies including Amazon, Home Depot, Kroger, Omni Hotel at the Battery and UPS. Some attendees even got job offers right at the event.
