Cobb County’s PY2024 Consolidated Annual Performance & Evaluation Report

Public Comments Due By: Friday, March 7, 2025 – 5:00 P.M

A Public Review Meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at the Sewell Mill Library located at 2051 Lower Roswell Road, Marietta, Georgia 30068 to receive comments on Cobb County’s PY2024 Consolidated Annual Performance & Evaluation Report [CAPER] for the time period of January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.  The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development [HUD] requires Cobb County to submit an annual report describing its performance using federal, state, local, and private resources to meet priorities and objectives set forth in the County’s PY2021 - 2025 Consolidated Plan. 

This report provides a review of activities carried out under the Community Development Block Grant [CDBG], Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program to address the needs of the low and moderate income citizens, the homeless, the elderly and the mentally and/or physically disabled persons in Cobb County.
