BOC Meeting Room reservations

CobbTV manages the use of the Board of Commissioners meeting room at 100 Cherokee Street, Marietta.  This meeting room is available for use by outside organizations subject to the conditions listed below.

Because the building is now a secure facility under the control of the Cobb County Sheriff's Office, use of this meeting room by outside organizations is available only during normal business hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.).

County Board of Commissioners' activities takes precedence over other meeting requests. Cobb County departmental requests will have priority over any non-county entities’ requests.

The BOC Meeting Room will not be made available for meetings that involve the self-promotion of individuals or political candidates or for anyone selling commercial products or services.  Fund-raising, political rallies, campaign events, or soliciting activities (unless they benefit county initiatives) are not allowed.  We also will not host social activities (e.g., weddings, birthday parties).

Political forums or political study groups are permitted, so long as they are open to the public.

Absolutely no food or drinks are allowed in the BOC Meeting Room.
